SQL Tool is a software tool for using SQL commands, both DDL and DML with Paradox® database tables. With SQL Tool you can easily save the query result as a table. /* you can also use SQL comments in your SQL scripts. */ With SQL Tool you can see the memo fields in the answer-table.
Does not require knowledge of CREATE TABLE structures.
Save tremendous amounts of time by automatically creating complete CREATE TABLE statements that can cut and pasted into your code!
Creates statements for tables with spaces in the table name, or in the field name
Creates statements for primary indexes
Cut and Paste results from SQL Tool to your code, or save the results to a text file.
The results are for Paradox, but the table structure is there. Change the resulting statements some and you can port your tables to Oracle, SQL Server, InterBase and other SQL databases.
Sample code built in for 'Add Columns', 'Add Index', 'Blank out a Column', 'Create Table', 'Drop Columns', 'Drop Index', 'Drop Table', 'Empty Table', 'INSERT' and 'SELECT'.
